THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING ALLOWED ON LAWNS OR ANY GRASSED AREA IN OUR COMMUNITY.

NO EXTENDED OR OVERNIGHT PARKING ON THE STREETS (4 HOUR MAXIMUM)

UNLICENSED/INOPERABLE VEHICLES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO REMAIN IN OAKWOOD VILLAGE

Motorized vehicles are not permitted in the park

The speed limit throughout our community is 25 MPH.

Please slow down as many of our neighbors enjoy strolling through

the neighborhood and also walking their pets.

Curb appeal is a big asset as folks pass through our community.

Please ensure your properties are neat and your driveways power-washed.

You don't like getting letters and our ARC directors don't like sending them.

Pets must be leashed when out of your yard and are NOT permitted in the parks.

Signs are not permitted with the exception of those dealing with work being done until it is completed.

Flags are permitted but limited to American Flag, 1 service flag and a POW MIA flag.
